Aug 2011, Max Healthcare tried to falsely diagnose General Electric whistle-blower Seema Sapra with thyroid cancer after complaint of poisoning. False diagnosis attempt proved by subsequent Fortis Hospital report obtained under false name by Seema Sapra
Note that Max Saket Hospital Radiology Head Dr. Debajyoti Chaudhuri of Max Healthcare used a Senior Resident to issue a falsified neck ultrasound report. My complaints were of poisoning so the clinically significant lymph node swelling was deliberately played down in this falsified report by terming it benign. The issue was never of malignancy but of a visible lymph node swelling at the back of my neck. Swollen lymph nodes are clinically significant in cases of poisoning or toxin exposure.
Even more egregiously, Max Healthcare falsified the report to include a finding of a single nodule in the thyroid lobe and then used language to suggest that it needed to be investigated for malignancy. Note that an ultrasound is not capable of supporting these conclusions.
I knew that Dr Debajyoti Chaudhuri had falsified this report and I confronted both him and Dr. Nisha Dabas. Dr. Nisha Dabas admitted that her report was not sustainable based upon an ultrasound procedure.
On 20 Feb 2012 I visited Fortis Hospital under an assumed name and repeated the neck ultrasound procedure. Note the complete absence of any nodule in the thyroid lobes. Note that the dimensions of the relevant thyroid lobe are in fact smaller than the fictitious nodule reported by Max Healthcare. My thyroid gland is shriveled as I have had hypothyroidism since 1996/7.
If I had fallen for this lie by Dr Debajyoti Chaudhuri and Max Healthcare, I would have started to believe I had cancer. I would then have been slowly poisoned and eliminated using doctors and everyone including me would have thought I was dying of cancer.
This is how corporates like General Electric Company eliminate their enemies.

Dr S K Das of Max Healthcare attempted to poison Seema Sapra, General Electric whistle-blower complaining of poisoning by prescribing Haloperidol as a sleeping aid in August 2011
In July and August 2011, I had complained of poisoning and had visited Max Saket and Max Gurgaon hospitals.
On 14 August 2011, I saw Dr S K Das, a physician/ internal medicine consultant at Max Saket Hospital. I had complained of poisoning and wanted to show a doctor a swollen lymph node at the back of my neck.
Dr S K Das attempted to cover up the complaint of poisoning and the clinical sign of the swollen lymph node. Instead he wrote a prescription for antibiotics, anti-histamines, vitamins and told me that he wanted to try these first.
Not only did he suppress the complaint of poisoning and the swollen lymph node, he even more egregiously attempted to poison and drug me by prescribing Haloperidol using the brand name Serenase. When I asked him what each medicine was for, he described Serenase to me as a sleeping aid. Since I was being very cautious about consuming anything and since I had no sleeping complaints, I told Dr S K Das that I did not want any medication to help me sleep. He then struck out Serenase from the list and thankfully I never purchased it and never consumed it.
The neuroleptic drug Haloperidol would have kept me sedated, drugged, and would have over time resulted in brain damage and in essentially what can only be called a chemical lobotomy.
Note that Dr S K Das in his prescription did not even mention the swollen lymph node leave alone the complaint of poisoning. Instead he falsified his prescription to suggest as if I had approached him in regard to thyroid related complaints. During the consultation, Dr S K Das had asked me if I took any medication and I had mentioned that I took thyroxine for hypothyroidism. He asked me if my thyroid function had been recently tested and I had informed him that it had been tested at Max itself on 22 July 2011 and that the results were normal. My hypothyroidism was therefore under control and I did not consult Dr S K Das for that.
See the evidence below.

Dr Anuj Malhotra of Fortis Hospital deliberately dislocated the left ankle of General Electric whistleblower Seema Sapra on 9 June 2014 in an attempt to force her into surgery as part of attempts to eliminate her
On 5 June 2014, Seema Sapra fractured her left fibula in a minor but awkward fall. She was taken to Artemis Hospital in Gurgaon and three doctors on that day confirmed only an un-displaced fibula fracture which did not require surgical intervention. Her left leg was placed in a cast. It was confirmed to Ms Sapra that there was no ankle injury.
On 9 June 2014, Seema Sapra went to Fortis Hospital in Vasant Kunj and was told by Dr Anuj Malhotra that her cast needed to be removed for another X-ray. While removing the cast, Dr Anuj Malhotra suddenly twisted Ms. Sapra's left ankle and deliberately dislocated it. She had another X-Ray and then Dr Anuj Malhotra and Dr Pradip Sharma told her that she needed surgery. Ms Sapra repeated her complaint that Dr Anuj Malhotra had twisted her ankle and damaged it, she refused surgery and left Fortis Hospital wearing an Aircast boot on her left leg.
What the doctors who conspired to harm Ms Seema Sapra did not count on was that she was audio-recording her interaction with them.
The evidence that Dr. Anuj Malhotra deliberately dislocated Ms Sapra's left ankle on 9 June 2014 includes the following:
Records from 5 June 2014
Xrays dated 5 June 2014 taken right after the fracture showing no ankle injury but only a fibula fracture and the opinion of three doctors including a radiologist and 2 orthopedics (Dr Shailza Aggarwal, and Dr Fahad and Dr Sandeep Chauhan) that there was no ankle injury and that the fibula fracture did not require surgery and would heal in a cast.
Ms Sapra has audio recordings of these conversations with the doctors on 5 June 2014.
Records from 9 June 2014 at Fortis Hospital in Vasant Kunj
An audio recording dated 9 June 2014 where Seema Sapra can be heard screaming out in pain at the moment that Dr Anuj Malhotra twisted her ankle and where she can be heard complaining that Dr Anuj Malhotra had caused further damage.
Xrays dated 9 June 2014 taken after the ankle was twisted which show a dislocated ankle.
Audio record of subsequent conversations with Dr Anuj Malhotra and Dr Pradip Sharma at Fortis Hospital where they suppressed the dislocation caused to the ankle but attempted to push Ms. Seema Sapra into surgery.
On 30 July 2014, Seema Sapra went back to Fortis Hospital where Dr Anuj Malhotra again suppressed the dislocated ankle and told Ms Sapra that her fracture was healing well.
On 4 August 2014, Ms Seema Sapra consulted Dr Prateek Gupta at Gangaram Hospital who first disclosed to Ms Sapra that her left ankle was dislocated. By then the swelling had reduced and the abnormal position of the bones at the ankle joint were visible.

Max Hospitals covered up poisoning complaint & clinical poisoning symptoms including abnormal heart ECG with rightward axis in General Electric whistleblower Seema Sapra
On 20 July 2011 General Electric Company whistleblower Seema Sapra went to the Max Saket hospital and complained of poisoning specifically because of her corruption complaints against General Electric Company.
She met Dr Sushum Sharma who helped initiate and participated in a conspiracy to cover up her complaint of poisoning. He asked Seema Sapra to undergo a preventative health check-up instead of responding to a poisoning case as required by law and medical ethics. He wrote a prescription mentioning only her preexisting condition of hypothyroidism and suppressed her complaint of poisoning. He further suggested the " Max Silver" preventative health check-up package.
Seema Sapra therefore had several medical tests conducted at Max Gurgaon Hospital on 22 July 2011 as part of a "Silver PHP Check" package offered by Max.
Several very serious abnormal test results which were clinically significant in a person complaining of exposure to poison and toxins both ingested and inhaled were suppressed by Max Healthcare doctors.
The heart ECG conducted on Seema Sapra at Max Gurgaon Hospital was abnormal with a very serious finding of an abnormal rightward heart axis which is clinically significant in a case of poisoning. This was suppressed by Max Healthcare along with several other abnormal results. Max Healthcare doctors not only suppressed Seema Sapra's complaints of poisoning but also denied her crucial medical treatment for such poisoning.
See the the report of the abnormal heart ECG dated 22 July 2011 and the prescription by Dr Sushum Sharma below.

Max Healthcare Hospitals covered up poisoning complaint & clinical poisoning symptoms including abnormalities in blood haemogram in General Electric whistleblower Seema Sapra
He further suggested a preventative health check-up package which did not include a kidney function test.
The blood haemogram test conducted on Seema Sapra at Max Gurgaon Hospital was abnormal with several serious findings all clinically significant in a case of poisoning. The Hematocrit or Packed Cell Volume (PCV) at 34.7 was lower than the normal range. A decreased Hematocrit is a finding of anaemia. The haemoglobin was on the lower side at 12. The ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) at 32 was higher than the normal range. A high ESR indicates the presence of inflammation in the body and is an indicator of an active infection/ disease or an active immune response to poison/ toxins. A high ESR would be a clinical finding of toxicity or poisoning. The RBCs were normocytic normochromic indicating that the indicated anemia was normocytic. I had complained of exposure to nitrous oxide and therefore the decreased Hematocrit indicating normocytic anemia was clinically significant for the poisoning. Nitrous oxide exposure creates vitamin B12 deficiency which in turn causes anemia.
These were suppressed by Max Healthcare along with several other abnormal results. Max Healthcare doctors not only suppressed Seema Sapra's complaints of poisoning but also denied her crucial medical treatment for such poisoning.
See the report of the blood haemogram test dated 22 July 2011 below.
Other tests conducted at Max Gurgaon hospital on General Electric whistleblower Seema Sapra on 22 July 2011 included a liver function test, a lipid profile, a blood sugar profile, uric acid test, some renal profile tests, and urine and stool tests. The liver function test showed slightly lower than normal levels of protein. The lipid and blood sugar profiles and the stool examination was normal. The reports of these tests are reproduced below.
The urine examination results were clinically significant for the complaint of poisoning and are dealt with in a separate post on this blog.

Jayanand Kinnattinkaryail, Regional Security Director for General Electric in India made false police complaint against GE whistleblower Seema Sapra in 2013
Read about this false police complaint by Jayanand Kinnattinkaryail, Regional Security Director for General Electric in India against General Electric Company lawyer and whistleblower Seema Sapra which falsely alleged that she was researching explosives on the internet and was a danger to herself and others.
In March 2013, while WP Civil 1280/ 2012 (Seema Sapra v General Electric Company and Others) was still pending, I discovered by chance that one K Jayanand - Regional Security Director of GE India had sent a false complaint against me to the Police Commissioner and the Delhi High Court behind my back. This letter from K Jayanand (on a GE letterhead) which I read when I inspected the court file falsely alleged that I was researching explosives on the internet and that I was mentally ill and was likely to harm myself or others and that I needed psychiatric treatment.
I moved CM 5007/ 2013 in WP Civil 1280/ 2012 asking for investigation into and prosecution of GE executives including Jayanand for making a false police complaint against me when I was in Court exposing GE corruption.
Note that this application like all my other applications was never taken up for hearing. It was never heard, considered or decided. This was a very serious complaint by me with proof.
This application as placed on the court record can be read at

Delhi Police assault on General Electric whistleblower Seema Sapra at Oberoi Maidens Hotel on 23 June 2014.
On 23 June 2014, General Electric whistleblower Seema Sapra who was then in a wheel-chair unable to walk with a fractured fibula and dislocated ankle was assaulted and dragged out of her hotel room at Maidens Hotel by a male policeman and several women in civilian clothes. Her mobile phone sim card was destroyed. Her laptop was destroyed. She was threatened with physical harm. She was essentially abducted and taken in a police jeep by another group of policemen and the women in civilian clothes to Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital in Civil Lines. There the police and a doctor attempted to create a false medical record about Seema Sapra. After Ms Sapra told the doctors that there were Delhi High Court orders directing the Police Commissioner to protect her, she was released from illegal custody and allowed to leave.
Below are some pictures that she managed to take that day on her phone camera of the persons including Delhi policemen and policewomen who assaulted her. Pictures of the destroyed laptop are also reproduced.

Kian Ganz aided criminal conspiracy to create false medical records in July 2015 for General Electric Company whistleblower Seema Sapra
On 15 July 2015, I saw the following email in my Gmail inbox
from IndiaLabResults@questdiagnostics.com.
Since I had not gone to Quest Diagnostics for any tests and had also not seen a doctor, I made the following complaint about this. I was hesitant then to click on the attached file which had an extension that I did not recognize. In this email complaint dated 15 July 2015 I stated - " I attach a strange email that I received today which was sent from what appears to be an email of Quest Diagnostics. I record that I have not visited or availed the services of Quest Diagnostics or provided them my email and I have not opened the attachment. This might be a part of the ongoing conspiracy to eliminate me and an attempt to create a false medical record. A screenshot of this email is attached. I am copying the email address from which this email was sent to my email. Or it might be an attempt to contaminate my PC."
I posted this email complaint on my blog at http://seemasapra.blogspot.in/2015/07/fwd-general-electric-whistleblower_0.html Within minutes of my posting this complaint on my blog, Clifford Chance funded Kian Ganz started bombarding me with direct messages on Twitter basically telling me to ignore this email message from Quest Diagnostics and telling me not to open the attached file as it was a virus. See these direct messages on Twitter from Kian Ganz:

Screenshots of these direct messages on Twitter from Clifford Chance funded Kian Ganz are posted right at the end of this blog post.
Someone had tried to create a false medical record in my name at Quest Diagnostics. I had posted a screenshot of an email sent to me with an attachment which I did not open. Clifford Chance funded Kian Ganz took an extraordinary, inordinate and unsolicited interest in trying to persuade me that this was mere spam and not part of a conspiracy to harm me. He also attempted to persuade me to remove this blog post. Why? The fact that I received this email from a Quest Diagnostics account is clear and we both at that time did not know what the attachment contained as I had not opened it. So why was Kian Ganz trying to project this as mere spam when he could not know this? Kian Ganz messaged me on twitter within minutes of my posting this blog. And then he repeatedly messaged me on this. Why?
Yesterday, I opened the file attached to the Quest Diagnostics email and as I suspected it was a false medical record created using my name, my email and my age. The phone number given was however not mine. See the screenshots of the attachment to the Quest Diagnostics file.
So the facts are that on and around 15 July 2015, a criminal conspiracy was put into effect to create false medical records for me. I found out because of an email that arrived in my inbox. I complained about it publicly. Kian Ganz contacted me without invitation, and spent a lot of effort and energy lying to me that the email was spam, the attached file with the false medical report was a virus which I should not open, and advising me that I should remove the complaint from my blog. It is therefore clear that Kian Ganz who I had contacted in June 2015, became party shortly thereafter to a criminal conspiracy to create false medical records about me. The end purpose of such a criminal conspiracy could only have been to eliminate me using the excuse of a false medical condition, using falsified medical records and using corrupt doctors. Kian Ganz most likely would have played the role of the "friend" I was confiding in.

“Seema - just read your blog. Those emails just look like spam to me and / or viruses that get sent out indiscriminately...

Don't open the attachments and just file them as junk mail...Same goes for porn Twitter handles - that kind of spamming happens to everyone

Same goes for calls - the first number is a marketing call from Vodafone. Check http://truecaller.com http://www.truecaller.com/in/1207166000
Jul 15
The 2nd number is some bus company or some random crap... Truecaller is semi-accurate on this stuff sometimes

Quest Diagnostics is definitely spam laced with a virus... MHT files can contain viruses. I get dozens of similar emails per day.

It's known as phishing. Some hacker hacks random email accounts and uses those to hack other email accounts, which are then used for same
hope you didn't open the attachment - it could have contained a virus that could in theory compromise your computer https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=1600.0 …

I get literally dozens of these every day... Normally gmail spam filters are supposed to catch them but sometimes they can come through

You're getting these because your email ID is on your blog. Bots crawl the net looking for email to send their spam to, and pick it up there

I can guarantee you 1000% that this has nothing to do with GE... It's just standard spam - I can literally show you 100s like it

I just resent and reposted the message because I did not want the word "porn" to appear on my blog.

Who knows what the quest diagnostic email attachment contains, it cld be false med record attempt , anyway thanks
Jul 15
Trust me, it's definitely a virus - no one would send a medical record, false or otherwise, as an MHT file...
If I were you I'd unpublish the blog post, it doesn't advance your cause in any way, in my opinion, though it's your choice of course...

If hypothetically it was by GE, you're showing them you got flustered by posting it.

If it's not GE, you're showing them that you got flustered even when it wasn't them. Neither outcome very useful to you...
